Key Responsibilities of a NIA Franchise Owner:

- Host Engaging and Productive Meetings: Lead monthly 90-minute meetings with agendas provided by NIA, ensuring each session is interactive, focusing on building relationships, trust and business together.
- Manage Group Participation and Growth: Oversee group attendance and engagement, establishing yourself as a leader in relationship building and networking strategy.
